The biggest mistake you can make when peeling tape off of your skin is to peel the tape while keeping it near perpendicular to your skin. By pulling directly backwards (parallel to the skin’s surface) you will drastically reduce the overall discomfort you’d likely otherwise experience by pulling the tape off at more vertical angles.
